I’m Mikey Jay, a musician/poet/video-artist/street performer, and this is a site to share my world with you.

I have been travelling for the last year working on a 19 song album based on the yoga text Sri Isopanisad. You can listen to it here. I am currently working on my live performance and writing poetry.
